My new favorite treat: Choquettes (recipe)
Oh, my! These pillowy treats are simply the most indulgent thing I've tried as of late.
When I am called to pet sit in the Grove, I'll pop in to 'Chocolate Fashion'
(a french café) and order 1/2 dozen of these puffy pleasures. I'll sit outside
the café and sip my café con leche as I savor these french puffs. I have a lot
of will power, so I'll indulge sparingly (meaning, only once a month, perhaps)
so as to keep the anticipation high when I know I will be going back for
another batch soon enough.
