I love my iPhone. I can now embrace my passion for photography without having to purchase expensive cameras, lenses, and all else that an avid photography needs to be able to take good photos. I recently asked a professional photographer what he believes would be a decent starter camera for someone who is serious about mastering photography. Even he raved about the iPhone after briefly mentioning a couple of camera models for me to explore (quote: "But if you have an iPhone..."). So I use just my iPhone, along with wonderful apps (like Instagram and Hipstamatic), enabling us 'amateurs' to produce pretty amazing photos. Here is one I love, taken just before sunset at a garden (model: my dog, Amadeus). And I didn't even know about the 'tilt shift' effect while working on this photo, I'd have to tweak it sometime and make it perhaps more special.
Mundane things must be known to be loved, Divine things must be loved to be known...
