The most delish bowl of oatmeal I've ever had..truly!




I am not exaggerating when I say this morning I lovingly made myself a most delicious bowl of oatmeal. Firstly, I had already prepared beforehand a delicious batch of almond milk (almonds were soaked for 24 hours prior to making the milk, I will post my recipe later).

Simple oatmeal recipe here:

1/2 cup rolled oats (NOT quick oats)
Pinch of salt

Boil the oatmeal in about a cup of water for 15 to 20 minutes, then drain.

I then added to the oatmeal some sesame seeds (I pre-soaked these as well, then roasted them). I also added some shredded coconut, chopped almonds and freshly ground cinnamon.

Warm up the milk, add a tiny amount of honey or natural organic sugar to taste.

Oh, my!!
